We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the IT implementation of the Bank’s Credit Analytics Transformation programme. In this role, you will oversee overall programme execution and structure, ensuring effective collaboration and communication across teams within the tribe and with our core stakeholders. You will together with a team of project managers ensure that the IT implementation are executed seamlessly. You will work closely with a diverse group of stakeholders, including product owners, business analysts, IT developers and architects, other project managers, and senior leadership. Your primary responsibility will be to advance the transformation of our risk management infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a pivotal transformation and promote personal and professional development in a constantly changing area at the heart of our risk operations.
As part of the Risk and Compliance Tribe, you will join a community of business and IT professionals collaborating in cross-functional teams across Denmark, Lithuania, and India. The tribe employs over 200 skilled individuals supporting the Bank’s goals in its Forward ’28 strategy, which aims to streamline risk and compliance processes and enhance the Bank’s interactions with customers while improving our risk interpretation.

In this pivotal role, you will support the core deliveries of our projects within the Risk & Compliance tribe. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Creating comprehensive overviews of project statuses and responsibilities while thinking ahead to ensure effective completion of coming projects
- Managing delays and assessing their impact on related areas
- Facilitating meetings and ensuring effective collaboration across teams
- Maintaining focus on both individual project models and the overall holistic approach
- Challenging existing assumptions and encouraging innovative thinking
- Navigating a dynamic environment while promoting a culture of openness and engagement
The Skills That Set You Apart
We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar senior project management role, preferably with a focus on IT project implementation
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Ability to clarify roles and responsibilities within project teams
- A proactive mindset with the capacity to challenge the status quo
- Experience in managing project timelines and stakeholder expectations
- Comfort in operating in uncertainty and a willingness to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira
- Advanced skills in English, both written and verbal
Monthly salary range applies only if you work in Lithuania 3920 EUR to 5880 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
