What we do in Welcoming & Orchestration Tribe?
Welcoming & Orchestration Tribe is one of Danske Bank’s 30+ development units. We own and develop customer welcoming solutions as well as digital sales journeys and capabilities used across markets and business units.
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a Digital Sales squad where we have important deliveries supporting the bank´s Forward 28 strategy.
We aim to have a culture where people thrive, grow, and are included, and where we celebrate milestones, openly share our learnings and concerns. The tribe is in Copenhagen, Vilnius, and Bangalore as our main locations, and in this role, you will be part of the tribe’s Vilnius hub, but work digitally across all markets and locations.
Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility (our team is currently using a hybrid working model, where we work at least 3 days a week in the office).
You will:
- Strive to ensure coherent and personalized commercial experiences for digital product ordering on primarily mobile channels
- Collect and document business requirements, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with stakeholders' needs
- Collaborate with external partners, technical leads and squad colleagues to design solutions that meet business requirements while considering technical feasibility, scalability and target architecture
- Test and maintain our solutions to ensure stability and reliability
- Experience as a business analyst is expected, combined with a strong will to learn and grow
- Experience with agile ways of working, Jira and Confluence
- High interest for mobile app development and user experience
- Driven to challenge and improve processes, e.g. by utilizing AI
- Integrity, proactivity, curiosity and a pragmatic attitude that can shape things forward
- Advanced English skills
Monthly salary range from 2880 EUR to 4320 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
