Requirements

— Actively hunt for new VIP traders to expand our existing customer base

— Manage multiple VIP customer accounts

— Onboard new VIP customers via KYC process

— Build and improve customer relationships to achieve long-term account growth

— Create account plans detailing priorities and identifying growth opportunities

— Provide support and resolve customer queries when it comes to their trading activities

— Maintain accurate records, databases, customer communication and serve as interface to other functions within the organization

— Work closely with our internal teams to develop account growth plans and ensure volume and revenue KPIs are met

— Upsell and cross-sell other company products to build engagement and share of wallet

— Lead and manage a team of VIP account managers
