CRM Analytics manages 1:1 sales and marketing execution, continuously improving commercial activities. Our team of 9 Analysts values collaboration and a positive, informal work environment. You'll engage with skilled colleagues across Danske Bank who will support your growth.
Your work will directly influence customer interactions with Danske Bank across various channels.
We seek a skilled CRM professional to provide top-tier analytics. The team is based in both Lithuania and Denmark, and some business travel may be required each year.
- Please note that this is a temporary position to cover maternity leave, expected to last until November 2027. There might be possibility to extend the contract.
- Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority for the role.
- Set up and execute CRM campaigns for the customers in Danske Bank DK
- Conduct customer analysis to ensure that communications are delivered to the appropriate audience with accurate messaging at optimal times
- Use SAS 360 and SAS Enterprise Guide for marketing automation
- Contribute to continuous improvement of commercial activities through data-driven insights and recommendations
- Support Danske Bank’s Forward ’28 strategy by driving marketing automation, personalisation and customer journey development
- Work in a collaborative environment as part of the CRM Analytics team
- Experience in CRM analysis
- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders, report to management, and drive change
- Skilled in using marketing automation platforms
- Expertise in setting up communication flows
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills with a willingness to learn
- Proficiency in SAS or SQL programming
- Advanced proficiency in English
We offer:
Monthly salary range from 3600 EUR to 5400 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
