About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our growing team to work on long and medium term projects. In this role, you will play a key part in the design, development, and maintenance of our web applications based on web technologies. You will be working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, using your expertise in PHP and related frameworks such Symfony and Laravel to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP (Symfony)
• Collaborate with designers and other developers to implement user interfaces and functionalities.
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to industry best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our development processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development.
• Assist the Lead Developer in technical planning and decision-making.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software development using Symfony (from version 5 to current)
• Strong skills with RestAPI (creation and consumption)
• Strong knowledge of openapi documentation
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Mastering Git branches and pull requests
• Knowledge in continuous integration and delivery
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Proficiency in English (C1)
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• EU work permit mandatory
