Your Responsabilities
- Test new digital procurement tools (UAT) and coordinate with central procurement to resolve identified issues.
- Manage and migrate HR Directorate contract data to the new production platform.
- Map call-off contracts to their corresponding framework agreements.
- Perform purchasing checks and allocations for call-offs not covered by existing framework agreements.
- Provide required HR data and inputs for the consultancy category project.
- Coordinate the mapping of HR procurement activities and contracts into bank-wide categories.
- Administer HR procurement processes, including contract entry in PeopleSoft, dashboard updates, and approval tracking.
- Monitor the HR procurement mailbox and ensure proper filing and archiving of all documentation.
- 2-year certification in a relevant discipline (procurement, business administration, learning) or equivalent professional experience.
- 3 years of proven experience in an operational or business support role within a related field.
- Organized and proactive
- Fluent in English and a good level in French would be appreciated
- Solid proficiency with standard office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of the Bank’s specific IT systems (SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft Financials, GED/OpenText) would be considered an advantage.
