Responsibilities: As an intern, you will be at the forefront of our collaborative P&C team, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in various HR functions. Throughout the internship, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead the Trainee Follow-up Program: Participate actively in the onboarding activities of our interns. Lead the trainee follow-up program and collaborate with our HR Business Partner and managers.
- Collaborate on Training Programs: Work closely with our Senior HR Officer in managing various training programs designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
- Support Career Growth & drive a Performance Culture: Assist our HR Business Partner in managing the onboarding process of our employees, including probation period follow-up, and organizing engaging newcomer breakfasts. Contribute to employees' career development by building career plans and more.
- Are currently pursuing a Master's degree (Master 2) or attending a Business School or equivalent.
- Possess a strong interest in the field of Human Resources.
- Ideally, have previous internship experience in HR.
- Are fluent in French and have proficient English skills.
- Immersion in a leading IT organization in Luxembourg.
- An opportunity to gain practical Human Resources experience within a global group.
- A 6-month internship from February/March 2026 to July/August 2026, with daily support from your assigned tutor.
