🏢 Context

As part of strengthening testing maturity and advancing agile transformation within project teams, we are seeking an Agile Test Coach. The mission is to support teams in establishing, improving, and sustaining testing practices within agile cycles (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.), while promoting skill development in software quality and test automation.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Join the test governance team and help enhance agility in the overall testing process

• Guide project teams in defining and implementing integrated agile test strategies

• Promote a quality-first culture and “Shift Left” mindset across Agile teams (POs, Developers, QA)

• Advise and train teams on agile testing tools and methodologies

• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Test Managers, and Automation Engineers to improve process coherence and efficiency

• Identify areas for continuous improvement in test management and product quality

• Facilitate communication and collaboration among agile roles around quality topics

The ideal candidate has strong experience in software testing, solid knowledge of agile practices and quality-driven transformation, and excellent communication skills.

🛠️ Technical Skills Required

• Mastery of agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)

• Strong understanding of testing processes: planning, design, execution, reporting

• Proven experience in test strategy and software quality improvement

• Proficiency with test management tools (Azure DevOps Test Plans, qTest, Jira + Xray, etc.)

• Familiarity with automation tools (Tosca, Selenium, Cypress, Postman, Cucumber…) and CI/CD concepts
