The Firm Development Factory is responsible for the common tools and components industrialized for all the IT Department and Firm's design offices.

Its mission is:

 To develop, implement, and deploy development, testing, and automated deployment tools within the firm, with a view to achieving the most comprehensive industrialization possible by adhering to a DevOps approach

 To provide application architecture and DevOps expertise to all IT Departments and the group's design offices

 To manage shared common components between the various design offices

 To liaise with the various design offices to standardize and implement common tools, through events, communications, etc.

The DevOps specialist will be responsible for:

 Supporting the firm's design offices and entities (Fidinfo, Y-prox, etc.) during key stages (project initiation, redesign) or those lacking expertise in implementing their application architecture and systems

 Providing recommendations and validating IT project architectures by participating in architecture committees with the IT department

 Ensuring the consistency of developments and tools across the various design offices

 Implementing standards and recommendations for developments (CI, testing, static code analysis, cybersecurity)

 Proposing upgrades and developments for UDF tools and implementing the applications required for the firm's development, security, testing, and deployment tool stack

 Managing technical debt (preparing migrations and refactoring, addressing security vulnerabilities, writing playbooks, etc.)

 Advising team’s development teams and communicate the defined rules and standards to them.

 Support development teams on CI/CD, architecture, development best practices, and security (source management, coding standards, deployment, testing, security, performance, frameworks, bundles, centralized services, cybersecurity, etc.)

 Manage UDF tools (projects, licenses, etc.)

 Assist with team skills development and training

 Monitor the proper use of various tools and processes within the various design offices.

 Communicate and lead the UDF team with the developer community

 Develop and maintain common components and tools for the development factory

 Maintain and develop the dashboard of industrialized projects for the firm's entities

Key Skills :

 Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related courses

 Experience working with DevOps

 Experience working on Linux-based infrastructure

 Excellent understanding of Ruby, Python, Perl, and Java

 Working knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services (Vagrant, Docker, GitHub Action CI, ELK, PhpUnit, Ansible, Grafana, Selenium, Tower/AWX…)

 Configuration and managing databases such as PostGres SQL, NoSQL

 Excellent troubleshooting

 Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps and Agile principles Fluent in French is a big plus.
