Responsibilities

Lead the evolution of a global

AI-powered chatbot for technical information (engineering)

;

Act as the

main point of contact between business and technical teams

, managing stakeholders worldwide who don't speak the technical language;

Ensure roadmap definition, prioritization and delivery, maintaining a clear focus on

feature benefits and business impact

;

Drive the

scalability and centralization

of the product;

Assume

full ownership

of the product lifecycle — from concept to delivery;

Coordinate a technical team, promoting collaboration, autonomy and continuous improvement;

You must have

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related area;

Proven experience as

Product Owner, Technical Lead, or AI Project Manager

;

Strong understanding of

Artificial Intelligence / Agentic AI

concepts and their application to enterprise solutions;

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;

Strategic and proactive mindset, able to

adjust direction quickly

and ensure roadmap execution;

Experience leading or coordinating

technical teams

;

Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Nice to have

Background in engineering or technical chatbot solutions;

Experience with

AI-driven platforms
