🎯 Your Responsibilities

As a key member of the Cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the delivery of the Cybersecurity Awareness & Training roadmap.
  • Assisting in the development of training content and role-based curricula.
  • Helping coordinate phishing simulation campaigns and track remediation metrics.
  • Maintaining training dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Collaborating with HR, IT, Legal and Engineering teams to ensure onboarding and continuous learning processes are aligned.
  • Contributing to the annual awareness calendar and Cybersecurity Month activities.
  • Supporting governance documentation and evidence collection for compliance reporting.

πŸ•΅οΈβ€β™‚οΈ What We're Looking For

  • Experience: Internship or academic project experience in cybersecurity, communications, or training is a plus.
  • Languages: English (Interview will be conducted in English)
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Basic understanding of cybersecurity awareness tools (e.g., phishing simulation platforms, LMS).
    • Familiarity with Entra ID, SCIM, or HRIS integrations is a plus.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate in a diverse and dynamic environment.
