π― Your Responsibilities
As a key member of the Cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the delivery of the Cybersecurity Awareness & Training roadmap.
- Assisting in the development of training content and role-based curricula.
- Helping coordinate phishing simulation campaigns and track remediation metrics.
- Maintaining training dashboards and reporting tools.
- Collaborating with HR, IT, Legal and Engineering teams to ensure onboarding and continuous learning processes are aligned.
- Contributing to the annual awareness calendar and Cybersecurity Month activities.
- Supporting governance documentation and evidence collection for compliance reporting.
- Experience: Internship or academic project experience in cybersecurity, communications, or training is a plus.
- Languages: English (Interview will be conducted in English)
- Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity awareness tools (e.g., phishing simulation platforms, LMS).
- Familiarity with Entra ID, SCIM, or HRIS integrations is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate in a diverse and dynamic environment.
- 15-minute introductory call with our Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- 40-minute call with the Cybersecurity VP.
- 20-minute call with our Learning and Development Specialist.
