"Your Mission The Strategic Project Manager is responsible for leading key initiatives that support Zumub’s growth and efficiency. Working directly with the CEO, you will turn strategic objectives into executable plans through data-driven decision-making and structured project management. Main Tasks: Analyze company challenges and develop cross-functional solutions; Plan, execute, and track progress of strategic initiatives; Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants; Provide analytical insights and business reports for leadership; Ensure alignment with overall business strategy and objectives. Profile: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus; Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting, strategic planning, or project management; Advanced analytical and organizational skills; Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities; Proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented.
