We are looking for a “Human Resources Business Partner (Specialist)” to be assigned to our “Human Resources” department located in “İstanbul HQ.”


WHAT DO WE EXPECT?


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or social fields, HR management or related field, Industrial Engineering,
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience as generalist or BP,
  • Experience in recruitment & onboarding process is a must,
  • Preferably having good level of English language,
  • Preferably experienced in a multinational company operates in overseas,
  • Expat and global mobility management experience is a plus,
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of management and outside international contacts,
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal as well as strong interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills,
  • Passion to work in a team environment under changing & challenging working conditions,
  • Analytical minded, result oriented and possess strong counseling and conflict resolution skills,
  • Good command of MS Office applications,
  • Ability to travel abroad.


WHAT AWAITS YOU?


  • Responsible for domestic & overseas operations of the human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, candidate & employee experience and satisfaction, talent development, disciplinary and exit processes,
  • Responsible of HR projects to aid the growing organization and working closely with department managers on resource planning & employee development,
  • Being in coordination with functions and perform all necessary tasks in accordance with related laws and company employee regulations,
  • Working as Business Partner with department managers in order to coach and advise them on dealing with employee and business issues,
  • Prepare and develops HR reports and carry out process development activities by performing data analysis.
