Head of Data & Analytics - Must be located in CH

As the Head of Data & Analytics, you will:

• Translate strategy into a clear, operational roadmap and prioritize the backlog to maximize impact.
• Lead the migration from legacy DWH to a modern cloud-based data platform.
• Guide and coach 8 product owners, fostering an agile, collaborative culture and driving delivery excellence.
• Track value creation through KPIs, manage risks, and align stakeholders.
• Monitor market and technology trends to evolve the platform and products.

Your profile:

• 10+ years in data & analytics leadership, ideally in large organizations.
• Experience with complex migrations (e.g., DWH → cloud data platform) and measurable results.
• Skilled in building/managing data product teams and modern data organization models (e.g., data mesh).
• Strong knowledge of cloud data platforms, BI/analytics, AI, data management, and data quality.
• Familiar with agile frameworks (SAFe) and program management in complex environments.
• Degree in computer science, data science, business informatics, or equivalent experience.
