Project Manager

We are currently looking for a Project Manager for one of our banking clients.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with Market Change Leads to devise and execute project plans for the deployment and adoption
• Support global deployment of various Wholesale Credit and Lending initiatives
• Provide support across geographies/time zones and different credit risk domain areas
• Influencing the project approach, building stakeholder buy-in around the project plan, commitments and changes
• Effective project delivery, highlighting, escalating and resolving risks, issues and dependencies and tracking updates. Making recommendations to influence decision-making in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realisation
• Proactively managing baselined scope, requirements, benefits, schedule, and budget demonstrating clear ability to deliver to commitments
• Managing stakeholder and senior management relationships across different markets

Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of financial institutions / financial and banking services
• Extensive project management skills and exposure and success working within a global matrix organization model
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Proven delivery of on time and on budget projects that achieve business case stated outcomes with strong attention to detail and a solution oriented approach
• Experience in applying Agile methodology in project and product development
• Agile certification(s) advantageous (e.g. SAFe)
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Market implementation and Credit&Lending experience will be an asset
