Business Manager - E2E

Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated EPC & Large Account Manager to oversee our existing Instrumentation EPC customers and drive growth within this specific channel across the Western Europe, Middle East and Africa regions. In this role, you will have a direct impact on shaping and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for managing a total annual order revenue ranging between 50-100 million euros, with individual opportunities typically between 500k and 5 million euros. Leading a dedicated bid and proposal team of three members, you will drive strategic decisions on product fit and lead bid/no-bid evaluations. To ensure success, you will work in close collaboration with the Business Development Manager to engage early during the FEED phase of projects, positioning our solutions effectively.

Additionally, you will push, together with the Business Development Manager and the LSU Sales Manager, for inclusion on approved vendor lists for major accounts and EPCs. You will seek the appropriate approvals at the bidding phase, capturing and maintaining all approvals within the RR database.


Qualifications For The Role

  • To be successful in this role, you bring at least 10 years of industry experience with a proven track record of managing C-level accounts.
  • You are highly motivated with a winning mentality and a commitment to going the extra mile.
  • You possess exceptional persuasion and negotiation skills and are fluent in English; additional proficiency in one or two other languages is highly desirable. Residency within the Western Europe, Middle East and Africa region is essential for this role.
