About The Role
Join our IT - Responsive team, where you’ll help shape the future of proposal management and business development at Fortrea. You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues to:
- Explore and test new features in our proposal management tool, Responsive, including integrations with platforms like Salesforce and Teams.
- Support the proposal managers and business development teams by experimenting with new functionalities and helping evaluate innovative solutions.
- Collaborate in a sandbox environment to design and run tests, assess feasibility, and contribute to process improvements.
- Gain exposure to critical business functions and learn how technology drives success in clinical research.
- Recent graduates or early-career professionals (ideally with a background in computer science, technology, or related fields).
- Quick learners who love exploring new tools, A/B testing, and problem-solving.
- Proactive, tech-savvy individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy working independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluent in English, strong communication skills and a willingness to ask questions and seek feedback.
- 12 months full-time, paid internship (remote or Warsaw office-based).
- Structured onboarding, regular check-ins, and ongoing mentorship.
- A line manager based in Poland and always willing to support.
