We are looking for two Back End Engineers to join our client’s growing team in Zielona Gora or Poznan, Poland. Although this position can be done remotely, candidates must be physically resident in Poland.
You will work collaboratively across the entire engineering organization and help ensure best practices within the team.

- Experience with working on tidying up legacy code (and loved it)
- Experience with Ad-Tech industry
- Experience with data intensive, high load systems
- Knowledge of design patterns
Experience
- Solid understanding of SOLID, DRY, KISS, YAGNI / GRASP.
- Advanced proficiency with one backend programming language (i.e. golang, java, c#, kotlin)
- Proficiency with automated testing (testing piramid)
- Some experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
- Understanding of distributed software systems
- Basic understanding of relational databases, data warehouses, SQL
