Division: Group Digital Capabilities (GDC)
The Group Digital Capabilities (GDC) division contributes to Euroclear’s competitiveness by delivering and supporting cost-effective client facing digital communication solutions. The domain covers the various areas of the customer journeys of user-interactive and STP communication flows (transactional flows, information flows, reporting, CRM). It also covers our Data & Analytics capabilities, Smart Automation and our Innovation Tribe
Within GDC, you will join the Straight Through Processing (STP) Tribe, in change to build the capabilities required to receive the information sent in by our clients or external shareholders or to deliver the reporting produced by our core business services. The Tribe is fast growing in terms of demand, workforce, technology, asset and volume of messages processed.
The role
The STP Tribe is looking for a Business Analysis Specialist who, as part of a delivery squad, will be responsible for translating business requirements and business processes into detailed structured documentation and for leading requests for changes to the specifications

The role
The STP Tribe is looking for a Business Analysis Specialist who, as part of a delivery squad, will be responsible for translating business requirements and business processes into detailed structured documentation and for leading requests for changes to the specifications
- Identifies, describes and validates business solutions to meet end users need, including non-functional requirements
- Documents business requirements in a structured form that can be translated into functional and technical specifications.
- Establishes domain specific business knowledge and acts as the main point of contact for business support
- Develops effective relationships with business units, divisions or groups of users and understands the needs of the internal and/or externals clients
- Acts as a liaison between IT development and design and the business units
- Assists in resolving criticality of requirements, for example using the MOSCOW rule. Can also challenge the need expressed by the user when relevant, to strike the right cost/benefit balance, and recommend appropriate alternatives and/or improvement to current business solutions and systems
- Prepares communications and makes business presentations on business solutions and system improvements and/or alternatives.
- Validates functional designs derived from own business analysis.
- Works mostly on the analysis phase of projects, provides support to the roll out phase (eg client documentation or training) and may provide support in the preparation and execution of testing.
- Strong analytical skills, capacity to easily understand the business needs, to break it down into requirements, to define fit-for-purpose solutions, and to describe them in a structured way
- Sound knowledge of the organization's business services, business processes and systems with expertise in some of these.
- Meticulous, accurate and attentive to key details
- Able to learn quickly, to adjust to changes and to think creatively
- Client focused and delivery oriented, capable to remain positive under pressure

- Experience in working in a regulated environment
