We are looking for a “Business Analyst”!
Metasis Technology, founded in 2009, is a leading software development company which provides consulting, training and project based software development, and offers platform-free solutions to organizations mostly from finance, telecommunication, public and retail fields which are competing in the national and international markets.
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join Analysis Department as a Business Analyst with experience from requirements gathering through the full lifecycle of the project.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- BS or MS in related technical field.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English is required
- 3+ years of experience in business/system analysis and/or test methodologies
- Excellent understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Good analytical and creative problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- To be a team player.
- To take responsibilities in line with individual and team goals.
- To be self-motivated to enjoy work.
- SQL experience is preferred.
- Banking IT experience is preferred.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work directly with business leads to understand the requirements and needs and translate those into technical and functional designs.
- Build relationships, acts as a liaison, and integrate business and IT resources to ensure successful communication and implementation.
- Create and manage project documentation including business requirements, functional design documents, performance metrics, project plans to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget within customer expectations.
- Ensure compliance of designs with corporate policies, business strategies, and technology directions.
- Map requirements to design elements and test cases.
- Prepare test plans to confirm that requirements and application designs are accurate and complete.
- Manage changes, coordinate and perform testing, verification, and validation of requirements.
- Facilitate end-user training and communication to ensure solutions are effective and understood.
- Guide and advise other Business Analysts.
