职责描述:

  1. 负责土耳其客户的售前/售后技术支持,常驻伊斯坦布尔;
  2. 挖掘客户需求并提供合理解决方案;
  3. 竞争对手分析,协助完善公司产品线;
  4. 紧密跟踪客户项目,及时反馈项目进度并把控风险。

Job Descriptions:

  1. Be responsible for pre-sales and post-sales technical support for customers in Turkey, based in Istanbul;
  2. Explore and identify customer needs, providing appropriate and effective solutions;
  3. Conduct competitor analysis and assist in refining the company's product portfolio;
  4. Closely monitor customer project progress, provide timely updates, and effectively manage project risks.


任职要求:

  1. 本科及以上学历,计算机、通信等相关专业;
  2. 土耳其语听说读写流利,责任心强,学习能力强,良好的沟通表达、分析总结能力和团队协作精神;
  3. 熟悉计算机网络相关技术,有对讲、分销商技术支持等工作经验者优先考虑。

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  2. Fluency in Turkish (spoken and written); strong sense of responsibility, excellent learning ability, effective communication and analytical skills, and a collaborative team spirit.
  3. Proficient in computer networking technologies; prior experience in intercom systems or providing technical support to distributors is preferred.
