Job Descriptions:
- Be responsible for pre-sales and post-sales technical support for customers in Turkey, based in Istanbul;
- Explore and identify customer needs, providing appropriate and effective solutions;
- Conduct competitor analysis and assist in refining the company's product portfolio;
- Closely monitor customer project progress, provide timely updates, and effectively manage project risks.
任职要求:
- 本科及以上学历,计算机、通信等相关专业;
- 土耳其语听说读写流利,责任心强,学习能力强,良好的沟通表达、分析总结能力和团队协作精神;

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Fluency in Turkish (spoken and written); strong sense of responsibility, excellent learning ability, effective communication and analytical skills, and a collaborative team spirit.
- Proficient in computer networking technologies; prior experience in intercom systems or providing technical support to distributors is preferred.
