Position: Enterprise Risk Manager
Location: İstanbul / Kavacik

What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?
- Develop the reporting system in collaboration with the Group Enterprise Risk Management Department within the framework of the risk management policy.
- Carry out risk management activities at the headquarters, regional offices, and international subsidiaries of Eczacıbaşı.
- Organize workshops with business units to create a risk inventory, measure and prioritize risks based on their impact and likelihood, develop solution proposals, and assess the risk management structure of units based on process and risk analyses, turning necessary actions into draft action plans.
- Ensure the implementation of risk actions; monitor control deficiencies and key risk indicators, and report regularly to senior management and the Group Enterprise Risk Management Department.
- Define key risk indicators (KRIs) for processes, design, develop, and periodically report early warning systems.
- Present risk activities at risk committee meetings, ensure effective moderation, and facilitate reporting to the Board of Directors.
- Collaborate closely with business units, particularly regarding the quantification of operational and strategic risks and the calculation of their financial impacts.
- Support the design and enhancement of existing policies and procedures, and provide guidance to business units on their implementation.
- Provide support to senior management on risk management and internal control activities related to investment and business development projects, information security, sustainability, and compliance when necessary.
- Follow current financial, economic, and market developments, research their potential negative impacts on the organization and sector, and prepare detailed analyses and reports when required.
- Deliver training to enhance the organization’s risk culture, awareness, and consciousness, and manage the necessary documentation and communication activities accordingly.
- Monitor current risk management practices, best practice examples, and regulatory developments, inform senior management, and ensure the design of appropriate controls and processes tailored to the organization.
What kind of teammate are we looking for?
- Graduated from universities with a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Business Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields (preferably with a master's degree),
- Proficient in English at an advanced level,
- At least 5 years of professional experience in enterprise risk management, consultancy or audit,
- Preferably has experience in the real sector and manufacturing industry,
- Knowledgeable about Enterprise Risk Management Standards (COSO, ISO 31000),
- Familiar with SAP and SAP/GRC applications,
- Familiar with Data Analytics & Visualisation tools,
- Highly proficient in MS Office programs,
- Willing and able to travel.
