• If you can lead end-to-end advanced Analytical and Artificial Intelligence (AI) projects that transform data into valuable insights within Growth, Industry 4.0 and novel AI/ML implementations,
• If you can create data models that aggregate data from various sources, prepare and analyze data to meet business and project specific needs, and develop insightful reports and dashboards,
• If you can conduct research on new technologies, products and develop prototypes,
• If you are adept in R&D ecosystems such as EU-Horizon & TUBITAK projects,
• If you are actively engaged in data analytics projects and are prepared to develop, monitor, and refine advanced analytical models to adapt to changing conditions,
• If you are adept at investigating analytical opportunities, flagging potential issues, and proposing creative solutions,
• If you are eager to contribute to the growth and development of our Analytical and AI ecosystem.

What kind of teammate are we looking for?

• A degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degrees (Master’s or Doctorate) in AI and Data Analytics are preferred,
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience,
• If you possess knowledge and experience in Statistics, Optimization, Computer Vision, Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms,
• If you possess knowledge and experience with cloud platforms AWS etc. and end-to-end model pipeline deployments and monitor processes such as MLOps,
• If you are proficient in using Python (Pandas, Scikit-Learn, YOLO, TensorFlow etc.), SQL and data modeling, for Data Science and AI projects,
• If you enjoy analytical thinking and research, curious about new technologies, and have a strong desire to learn, can lead end-to-end projects from business case creation to hand-over process,
• If you are prone to teamwork and interpersonal abilities,
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
