Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with strong bilingual communication skills (Arabic and English) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in requirements elicitation, process analysis, and user story development, with a strong understanding of healthcare workflows and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements in both Arabic and English.
• Develop User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria to guide development and testing.
• Conduct User Story Mapping sessions to define features and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Model and optimize business processes using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, IT professionals, and system integrators.
• Analyze existing healthcare workflows and recommend system or process improvements.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10–12 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven ability to work in bilingual (Arabic/English) environments.
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering, user story mapping, and process modelling (BPMN).
• Familiarity with healthcare systems, EHR/EMR workflows, and healthcare data standards.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, BPMN certification) are an advantage.
