Job Role: - Java Developer ( Orkes / Netflix Conductor )
Job Location: - Abu Dhabi, UAE
Experience: -3-6 Years
- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java / Spring Boot.
- Build and optimize workflow orchestration using Orkes or Netflix Conductor.
- Integrate with RESTful APIs and external services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product) to deliver scalable systems.
- Write and maintain unit, integration, and system tests.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve performance or reliability issues.
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Java microservices and workflows.
- Set up alerts, dashboards, and perform root cause analysis for workflow failures.
- Work with DevOps/SRE for deployment, scaling, and system stability.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure high availability.
- Strong programming skills in Java (8 or higher).
- Hands-on experience with Orkes Conductor / Netflix Conductor.
- Proficient in Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and Message Queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring/logging tools.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
