Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for B2B and government-related digital services.
• Gather and analyze requirements from enterprise customers, government entities, and internal teams.
• Prepare product documentation, including PRDs, user journeys, and solution specifications.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Coordinate with government or enterprise stakeholders for approvals, workshops, demos, and updates.
• Ensure product compliance with regulatory, security, and data governance standards.
• Monitor product performance using data and user feedback, and drive continuous improvements.
• Conduct market and industry research to identify new opportunities and optimize existing solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–6 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise solutions, or government digital services.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
