As part of our Philanthropy Asia Alliance (PAA) team, you will have the chance to work in a dynamic philanthropic organisation under Temasek Trust. PAA’s mission is to prime Asia as a force for good for Planet, People, Peace, and Progress. PAA aims to catalyze collaborative philanthropy through multi-sector partnerships around Calls to Action (CTAs) to advance causes under Climate & Nature, Holistic & Inclusive Education, and Global & Public Health.

Job Description


Philanthropy Asia Alliance is seeking a dynamic individual to join our corporate team to help shape strategic direction and drive partnership outcomes. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to advance our mission of mobilising capital for catalytic philanthropy.


Responsibilities

  • Partnership outcomes: Collaborate with Partnerships team to help mobilise funds towards high-impact programmes, from strategy development to target-setting, to support achievement of KPIs
  • Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Support PAA’s annual planning processes, including the annual budgeting exercise, to ensure alignment with PAA’s mandate and long-term goals
  • Strategic Growth Initiatives: Identify and analyse relevant emerging global and regional trends and best practices, to derive actionable insights to inform strategic direction and programme design
  • Performance and Process Improvement: Develop dashboards and strengthen internal toolkits and processes to track key strategic initiatives and enhance support for fundraising and programmatic execution
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communications: Support internal communications and senior stakeholder engagement across PAA and Temasek Trust entities, while representing PAA in cross-functional initiatives
  • Special Projects: Provide strategic and operational support on high-priority tasks and special projects


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 4- 7 years’ experience in management or strategy consulting, Big 4 advisory, or impact-related strategy roles
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with experience in financial modelling, data analysis, and market research
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering outcomes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence
