Your Key Responsibilities

  • Managing entire employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, hiring, changes, and termination
  • Managing HR-related documents (new employees, promotions, transfers) and coordinating with an external payroll provider
  • Managing employee benefits end-to-end
  • Coordinating payroll processes with external service provider
  • Ensuring data accuracy and generating regular and ad hoc reports using various tools
  • Responsible for Time & Attendance & Holiday process
  • Car fleet Management
  • Coordinating health and safety trainings
  • Providing guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment law
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedure
  • Participating in HR-related projects, both regional and local

Your Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law
  • Very good knowledge and experience in MS Office/SAP and willingness to become familiar with new tools
  • Very good English & Polish language skills, German would be an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and with solution oriented can-do approach
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Focused on high quality and continuous improvement
