Staff Mobile Engineer (iOS) (Remote - US)

In this role, you will lead the development and technical direction of a high-performance iOS application used by enterprise users, shaping both architecture and feature design. You will leverage Swift and SwiftUI to build scalable, modular, and secure mobile solutions while guiding engineering best practices across teams. Working cross-functionally with product, design, and other engineering teams, you will solve complex technical challenges, mentor junior engineers, and influence the technical roadmap. Accountabilities

• Own the architecture and design of iOS applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
• Develop production-grade features using Swift and SwiftUI, leveraging Swift Package Manager, Async/Await, and Actor models
• Lead technical projects, establishing best practices and standards for mobile engineering across multiple teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and backend engineering, to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business goals
• Build and maintain CI/CD infrastructure and pipelines to streamline mobile app delivery
• Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning
• Solve complex, cross-functional technical challenges with innovative and effective solutions
  
  
  

Requirements

• Extensive experience developing high-quality iOS applications with Swift
• Strong expertise in SwiftUI, mobile architectural design patterns, and UX/performance optimization
• Solid understanding of SPM, Async/Await & Actors, GraphQL, and scalable mobile architectures
• Proven track record of leading technical initiatives and guiding multiple teams
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills to influence and collaborate effectively
• Preferred: experience with enterprise mobile applications, MDM solutions, design systems, and backend development using Java/Kotlin, Node.js, or Python
