Required Qualifications

3 5+ years enterprise networking experience (healthcare preferred but not required).

Strong, hands-on skills with:

Cisco routing/switching: VLANs, STP, L3 SVI, OSPF/BGP, HSRP/VRRP, EtherChannel, QoS.

Meraki: MX/MS/MR design & operations, SD-WAN, templates, Dashboard administration, traffic shaping, content filtering.

Wireless: 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax (6/6E), RF fundamentals, WPA2/3-Enterprise, fast-roaming, high-density tuning.

Security/NAC: Cisco ISE (dot1x/MAB), RADITACACS+, ACLs; VPN (AnyConnect/IPsec).

Familiar with firewalls (ASA/Firepower or equivalent), DNS/DHCP/IPAM, and monitoring/logging platforms.

Experience operating under HIPAA and ITIL (change/problem) with strong documentation habits.

Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills in fast-paced clinical environments.
