Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Iran, with opportunities for remote work. As an AI Agent Developer specializing in LLM Engineering, NLP, and Generative AI, you will design, develop, and optimize AI-driven applications tailored for the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. Your daily responsibilities will include building and fine-tuning language models, natural language processing tasks, integrating generative AI solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for problem-solving. You will also contribute to the deployment and evaluation of AI models to enhance healthcare data analytics and strategic insights.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in AI model development, including Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI applications
• Practical experience in developing advanced language models (LLM) and implementing machine learning algorithms
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Strong skills in data pre-processing, data visualization, and dataset preparation for AI systems
• Ability to work with cutting-edge AI tools and frameworks to optimize system performance
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on scalable and tailored solutions for healthcare and pharmaceutical applications
• Strong collaborative and communication skills to work effectively in a hybrid environment
• Familiarity with the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field
