We at Eracore are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Specialist to support key HR functions and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be organized, people-focused, and able to manage multiple HR processes with accuracy and confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records in the HRIS and ensure proper documentation is filed and stored.
  • Manage the full onboarding and offboarding process, including documentation, induction coordination, and exit procedures.
  • Prepare HR letters such as employment contracts, certificates, and experience letters.
  • Support monthly payroll by collecting, verifying, and updating attendance, leave data, and employee information.
  • Coordinate closely with the finance team to ensure timely payroll processing and resolve salary-related queries.
  • Administer employee benefits including insurance, allowances, reimbursements, and leave management.
  • Support internal employee movements such as transfers, promotions, confirmations, and status updates.
  • Assist with exit management including clearance, final settlements, and exit interviews.
  • Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and labor laws, maintaining readiness for audits.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating HR policies and SOPs.
  • Provide first-level support to employees for HR-related queries on policies, payroll, and benefits.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
  • Manage HRIS data accuracy and assist in HR process automation and improvements.
  • Prepare HR reports including headcount, attendance, turnover, leave balances, and other required dashboards.
  • Support performance management cycles, including evaluations, reminders, and documentation tracking.
  • Track probation periods and coordinate confirmation processes.
  • Maintain organizational charts and workforce data.
  • Assist the recruitment team with interview scheduling, candidate communication, and background checks when required.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or payroll support.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience working with HRIS or HRMS tools (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for reporting and data management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
