🧩 What You’ll Do
- Participate in release planning and QA activities for in-development game features
- Design, maintain, and improve test cases and test plans based on game and technical documentation
- Execute tests, report and track defects, and support troubleshooting with cross-discipline teams
- Apply Black/White/Gray Box testing across engine and live builds
- Validate integration, performance, and consistency of in-game assets and content pipelines
- Collaborate with art, design, and engineering teams to ensure gameplay systems function as intended
- Contribute to improving QA workflows and automation for art and gameplay validation
⚙️ Requirements
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA processes in game production
- Experience testing gameplay, UI, and in-engine features (web, mobile, or desktop)
- Solid grasp of QA methodologies: test planning, case design, regression, and defect tracking
- Proficiency in JIRA or similar issue tracking systems
- Proven ability to create and maintain comprehensive QA documentation and define testing scope
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Charles, Postman, etc.)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bamboo, or similar)
- Experience with back-end validation and data-driven systems
🎨 Art Tools & Engineering
- Strong familiarity with 3D applications (Maya, 3ds Max), including modeling workflows, material setup, and export pipelines
- Experience validating asset pipelines, content integration, and automation tools used by art and tech teams
- Understanding of configuration and preset validation for materials, shaders, or level data
⚔️ 4X Combat / Gameplay Systems
- Familiarity with Unity, including ability to navigate in-editor setups for configuration validation and gameplay logic testing
- Understanding of 4X or strategy gameplay mechanics, balancing systems, and combat data validation
- Ability to collaborate with game designers and technical artists to ensure gameplay consistency and system correctness
🧠 Experience & Language
- 2+ years of QA experience (ideally in game development projects)
- English level: B1 or higher
