Responsibilities:
- Leverage your product and technology domain expertise to deepen your understanding of our users and industry landscape
- Influence product vision and strategy, aligning your work with long-term goals and objectives
- Lead customer research initiatives to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for innovation
- Translate research findings into actionable insights and design solutions that address user needs and business objectives
- Create high-fidelity prototypes, design specifications, and documentation to communicate design concepts and specifications to stakeholders
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and implementation
- Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing results
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems to ensure consistency and coherence across products and platforms
- 2+ years + SaaS Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field preferred
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. (Figma is our primary tool)Demonstrated knowledge of design principles, methodologies, and industry trends
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and influence product decisions
- Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and driving product innovation
- Curiosity with a strong bias for action. Comfortable working with ambiguity and learning quickly in a dynamic startup environment
- Hands on experience with AI productivity tools
- Vibe coded your designsExperience in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment
- Familiarity with customer experience and contact center operations
