UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design initiatives for CRM and internal admin systems.
• Map user journeys, process flows, and pain points across operational workflows.
• Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, design systems, and interactive prototypes.
• Work closely with Developers to translate requirements into scalable design solutions.
• Drive continuous usability enhancements based on data, feedback, and business priorities.
• Maintain and evolve a standardised design system for internal tools.
• Conduct UX research and usability testing sessions.
• Ensure UI execution aligns with brand guidelines and user-centric design principles.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within CRM or admin platforms.
• Strong expertise in Figma (mandatory), prototyping tools, and design system creation.
• Proven ability to convert complex business processes into intuitive interfaces.
• Solid understanding of UX methodologies, responsive design, and usability best practices.
• Ability to collaborate within cross-functional squads and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.
