Business Intelligence Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to transform data into insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, creating dashboards, and providing actionable recommendations to support strategic and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, marketing, operations, product) to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Translate business requirements into data models and visual analytics.
• Perform data validation, quality checks, and ensure data accuracy.
• Support decision-making by providing clear and concise insights.
• Optimize data flows and reporting processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Present analytical findings and insights to management and stakeholders.
• Work closely with data engineers and IT teams to ensure data accessibility and governance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience working with databases and ETL processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Snowflake, or Google BigQuery).
• Understanding of data warehousing, KPIs, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems integration (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
