We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled engineer to support e-commerce clients and internal teams by troubleshooting integrations, improving internal tooling, and enhancing the overall customer experience. In this role, you will work remotely to resolve API issues, query databases, develop scripts, and collaborate closely with engineering and customer success teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and enjoys balancing technical problem-solving with hands-on coding. Accountabilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, troubleshooting integration issues across the customer lifecycle
- Collaborate with customer success and engineering teams to identify pain points and implement solutions
- Write scripts and internal tools to automate repetitive tasks and build proof-of-concept solutions
- Document technical processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Become an expert in platform services and international shipping operations
- Analyze customer issues to identify trends and propose improvements to product and engineering teams
- Ensure an exceptional technical support experience for all customers
- 1-2+ years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, technical account management, or API integration roles
- Proficient in SQL and relational databases
- Experience with Javascript, Python, HTML/CSS, GitHub, REST APIs, and JSON
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and basic automation tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex problems to technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong customer empathy, resourcefulness, and ownership mindset
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and processes
- College degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience
- Located in Latin America and comfortable working in a fully remote environment
