This client-facing consulting role suits a technically capable, commercially minded researcher - someone curious, analytical, and adept at turning complex data into actionable insights for senior decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Work across multiple categories – including telco, retail, QSR and FMCG – building strong client engagement.
- Combine transactional and survey data to craft compelling, data-driven narratives that drive action.
- Solve complex business problems using data to inform CX, category strategy, market share, penetration, basket size, preferences and more.
- Support questionnaire design and data quality improvements for multi-category syndicated products.
- Assist in automating reporting processes and developing scalable data solutions.
- Present findings and facilitate client workshops.
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Are excited by the world of ResTech and next-generation consumer insights.
- Bring solid experience in consumer insights or strategy.
- Can distil key insights from large datasets — survey and/or POS data.
- Are a confident, client-facing data strategist.
- Have data analysis skills and experience using R, SPSS, Q or SAS (DisplayR is a huge plus).
- Enjoy visualising data in innovative and impactful ways.
