Responsibilities
- Design and develop a mobile app (iOS and/or Android) for scanning and logging QR code checks on commercial vehicles
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define app requirements and user flows
- Implement secure user authentication and data storage solutions
- Integrate QR code scanning functionality and ensure reliable performance in various environments
- Develop a user-friendly interface for operators to confirm and record completed checks
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure app reliability and accuracy
- Provide technical documentation and support for deployment
- Communicate progress and address feedback throughout the project lifecycle
- Proven experience in mobile app development (iOS, Android, or cross-platform frameworks)
- Strong knowledge of QR code integration and related libraries
- Familiarity with secure data handling and user authentication best practices
- Ability to design intuitive user interfaces for non-technical users
- Experience with remote collaboration and project management tools
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Availability for a short-term contract with potential for future work
- No onsite presence required; fully remote role
