We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our team on a 6-month contract. This is an on-site role based in Geelong, VIC, with the opportunity to extend.

The Role

As a Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping intuitive and high-performing digital experiences across the Cotton On Group’s 9 global markets. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, translating user insights into thoughtful design solutions that drive measurable results — from uplifting cart rates to increasing conversion.

Your work will involve:

– Conducting user research and usability testing

– Applying product thinking to solve real user and business problems

– Designing user interfaces that align with best practices and brand standards

– Collaborating with stakeholders across product, tech, BA, and QA

Qualifications

– Proficient in visual and product design, with working knowledge of AI tools
