About The Role

As the Human Resources Manager, you will oversee & coordinator the human resource administration processes and procedures to provide an effective and efficient human resources service for the school. You will also provide operational advice and support to the school on a diverse range of human resource management issues, legislation, and administration.

Responsibilities Include

  • Lead and supervise HR processes such as workforce planning, recruitment & selection, and staff leave, ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping.
  • Providing strategic advice and reports to the Principal, Leadership Team, and Business Manager on HR matters, including workforce planning, performance management, and leave management.
  • Monitoring and managing the School Budget Solution (SBS) profile, credits, and staff leave to ensure compliance and identify potential savings.
  • Supporting staff with HR-related queries, including interpreting entitlements, employment conditions, Awards, and Certified Agreements.
  • Researching and recommending best practices in HR management to enhance the school's HR services and strategies.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date, accessible, and clearly communicated to all staff.
