About the role -

Reporting to the GM, Business Enablement you will be responsible for leading the Corporate Technology Support function, ensuring LMG employees have the appropriate technology tools to perform their roles well.
This role involves leading the Workplace Tech and Corporate Applications teams, ensuring the seamless operation of corporate technology services, driving innovation, and aligning technology initiatives with the company's business goals.
Key Responsibilities -
Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Corporate Technology team - incorporating Workplace Tech and Corporate Applications teams.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by collaborating with teams to implement changes that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance including positive user sentiment regarding corporate applications
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ensure the development and maintenance of comprehensive process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and guidelines.
Technology Enablement & Change Management:
- Own the successful user-centric launch of in-scope Corporate Applications and significant upgrades
- Execute on enablement materials, training and communications plans to drive feature awareness and adoption
- Ensure all launches meet a defined readiness standard before go-live
- Act as the SME for new features, upgrades and product roadmaps for applications in this remit
- Partner with functional teams to assess these updates for adoption potential, uplift in user experience and efficiency gains
- Ensure timely communication and training to enhance user experience and utilisation
Business Partnering & Service Excellence:
- Collaborate with functional leaders to proactively gather, document and prioritise (in collaboration with leaders) for new features, applications and system improvements for third-party Corporate Applications
- Formalise service level expectations to ensure clear roles, responsibilities and timely resolution of issues
- Champion user experience for Corporate Applications
Delivery (launches and upgrades of Corporate Applications):
- Project Planning: Ensure development of comprehensive project plans that outline project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, resources, and risks.
- Team Coordination: Lead and motivate project teams, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear and proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and potential issues.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success, and develop mitigation strategies to minimise their impact.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed the established standards.
- Scope Management: Continuously monitor project scope and ensure that changes are managed through a formal change control process.
- Project Execution: Oversee the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within the defined scope.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources while adhering to financial constraints.
- Progress Tracking: Establish mechanisms for tracking project progress, evaluating milestones, and adjusting plans as necessary to keep projects on track.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and other relevant documentation.
- Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement, and apply these insights to future projects.
Security and compliance:
- Collaborate with Information Security and Cloud Engineering teams to develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
Vendor management:
- Manage relationships with relevant technology vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
To succeed in this role you will bring with you -
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in vendor management and process improvement
- Experience in delivering organisational change
Skills preferred:
- Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, and HRIS systems
- Proven leadership and organisational abilities
- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
- Extensive industry knowledge with an eye towards the future
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders across the organisation
