About The Role
Do you want to play a key role in shaping the future of cyber security education? As a Consultant in our Cyber Capability Education & Training (CCET) practice, you will coordinate and create impactful training programs that equip people with the skills and confidence to navigate today’s digital world.
In this role, you will contribute to the design, execution, and development of education and training content, while also engaging directly with clients and managing projects.
This role is open at any of the Australian CyberCX office locations.
Duties
- Assist in the design and development of cyber security education and training programs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning content.
- Manage client engagements end-to-end, including project planning, delivery, and reporting.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to support client learning goals.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Draft high-quality reports, presentations, and recommendations.
- Ensure a seamless and positive client experience throughout the onboarding and offboarding stages of each project.
- Proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of team operating procedures and processes.
Skills & experience
- Experience in training, education, and/or project management—preferably in the technology or cyber security field.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence clients and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of cyber security fundamentals.
- A passion for enhancing cyber capability and awareness across organisations.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver messages with structure, clarity, and precision.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
