What You'll Do
- Manage product builds end-to-end: run kickoff calls, gather requirements, define MVPs, and oversee delivery
- Transform client ideas into clear product specs, wireframes, and UX flows
- Assess technical feasibility and make smart tradeoff decisions between complexity, speed, and quality
- Coordinate between clients, engineers, and AI systems to keep projects on track
- Collect and prioritize client feedback to refine product iterations
- Ensure clients feel supported and engaged throughout the build process
- Contribute to improving tools, systems, and workflows as the company scales
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Solutions Architect in a tech company, agency, or startup
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects or clients simultaneously
- Strong understanding of how software is built — including APIs, databases, and front-end/back-end logic
- Solid grasp of UX design principles and the ability to create wireframes or user flows
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage expectations and build trust
- Experience working with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Midjourney) is a plus
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-paced, evolving environments
- Advanced English proficiency; prior experience with U.S. clients or teams preferred
