Network Engineer

As a Technology Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensuring operational stability. Your day-to-day activities will include creating and implementing Requests for Change and updating knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to facilitate effective issue resolution.

Analyze system performance and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Document processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.

Participate in training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Intermediate proficiency in Network Engineering is required.
