What you will do

 Your duties and responsibilities will be:

·      Conduct high-impact engagement with key decision-makers to understand client needs, position our offering, create presentations, close the deals and negotiate the contracts 

·      Generate new business by identifying growth segments and engaging prospective clients through strategic outreach, networking, and targeted campaigns. 

·      Facilitate the successful innovation and creation of new products and services to align customers’ business needs with our offering.

·      Manage the sales pipeline by tracking opportunities, qualifying leads, and ensuring seamless progression through the sales cycle. 

·      Monitor and mitigate operational risks, proactively addressing potential issues that could impact targets, timelines or budgets.

·      Contribute to drafting up differentiative marketing messages and representing Sisua at customer events.

 

Who you are:

 ·      A Skilled Communicator: You are a Finnish citizen and communicate fluently in both Finnish and English (written and oral) and have strong documentation abilities. You also possess excellent interaction and presentation skills, understanding the importance of interacting with stakeholders within client work.

·      An Experienced Business Development Professional: You have a background of at least eight (8) years of experience in solution sales and business development.

·      Versatile & Knowledgeable: You possess diverse practical knowledge gained from handling and growing businesses and understand the intricacies of customer engagement. Your professional background is with relevant software business.

·      Driven & Effective: You are motivated and passionate, committed to working systematically and efficiently to achieve shared goals.

 

What you bring to the table:

 ·      Proven Success: You can provide evidence and references demonstrating your track record. You get things done.

·      Expertise in Modern Technologies: You possess experience in the application of artificial intelligence and are familiar with software platforms like UiPath, Robot Framework, Microsoft Power Platform,  Azure, SaaS and PaaS.

·      Business Proficiency: You bring expertise on pricing the solutions, creating business cases, drafting compelling offers and creating contractual documents.

Additional information

 

This is a permanent employment position, located in southern Finland. Country Director of Finland will be the manager of this position.
