| YOUR CHALLENGE ?

A leading international industrial group is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Golang) to join its Digital Factory / EcoStruxure Automation Expert (EAE) Runtime Team.

The position is focused on the design, development, and optimization of industrial-grade software within a high-performance environment. The successful candidate will contribute to the evolution of advanced automation solutions, working on critical runtime components in an Agile international team.

• Participate in requirements analysis and contribute to the refinement of technical specifications.
• Design, implement, and maintain secure, reliable, and reusable software components.
• Ensure applications meet the highest standards of performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and system issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of code quality, development processes, and automation practices.
• Collaborate within a Scrum/Agile team spread across different countries and technical domains.

| WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU ?

• 6+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years with Golang (or strong C++ background with interest in Golang).
• Proven expertise in writing modular, testable, and maintainable code aligned with industry standards.
• Solid understanding of design and architectural patterns.
• Familiarity with Test-Driven Development, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile best practices.
• Strong hands-on experience in debugging, profiling, and optimizing code.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Comfortable working in Linux environments with a strong grasp of kernel fundamentals (scheduling, memory, processes, etc.).
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Background in networking and communication protocols.
• Bonus: knowledge of IEC 61499.
