About this Role:

We are seeking a Product Manager with a medical degree (MD) to lead the development of groundbreaking products at the intersection of medicine, data, and behavioral science. This unique role blends clinical insight with strategic product leadership to shape solutions that truly meet the needs of both Zoī members and healthcare professionals.

As a Product Manager at Zoī, you will guide products from concept to launch — owning strategy, execution, and performance. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, clinical, and regulatory teams to develop products that redefine preventive and predictive health. Your medical training will be essential in ensuring our products are not only innovative but also clinically relevant, safe, and impactful.

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and drive the vision for your product line. Align product goals with company strategy to deliver best-in-class preventive health experiences.
• Clinical-Product Integration: Use your medical expertise to ensure product decisions are grounded in clinical validity and serve both members and medical professionals effectively.
• Product Planning: Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, from ideation and validation through to launch and iteration.
• Market & Stakeholder Insight: Conduct competitive and market analysis in the med-tech landscape. Engage deeply with stakeholders — especially clinicians and members — to collect insights that inform product development.
• Regulatory Collaboration: Partner with the regulatory team to ensure compliance with medical device regulations and other health product standards.
• User-Centered Design: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure product experiences are intuitive, evidence-based, and user-friendly.
• Product Performance: Define and track KPIs to measure product success, including clinical impact, user engagement, satisfaction, and adoption rates.

• Medical Degree (MD) is required — with clinical experience in preventive care, general medicine, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of product management experience, ideally in med-tech, digital health, or healthcare innovation.
• Demonstrated success managing complex products across their full lifecycle — from ideation to scale.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data-informed approach to product decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills. Able to translate clinical language into actionable product requirements and vice versa.
• Passionate about leveraging technology to improve healthcare outcomes.
• Fluent in French and English.
