Client: Residential & Commercial Management Agency
Essentials: 2+ years of Block Management experience, PSRA License, Full Driving License
Location: North Dublin
Salary & Package: €45,000 - €55,000, hybrid working, onsite parking and more
Reporting to: General Manager & Managing Director
Our client is a well established Management Agency based in North Dublin. Their portfolio consists of Residential, Commercial & Student Accommodation. They pride themselves on attracting top talent to enable them to set and maintain high standards in their work and client relationships.
This role would be brilliant for an experienced Block Manager with 2+ years of experience who is looking to be involved with a top class portfolio and closely work with the Managing Director You'll be part of a Property Management team who enjoy the work life balance that hybrid working allows them.
- Manage a mixed-property portfolio of apartment blocks, mixed-use developments and student accommodation.
- Liaise with OMC directors.
- Prepare service charge budgets /sinking funds.
- Co-ordinate activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing work to support staff.
- Oversee the implementation of project work and tendering processes.
- Liaise with insurance companies on policies and claims.
- Conduct site visits and have full site knowledge.
- Liaise with tenants, landlords, subcontractors and other relevant committees.
- Prepare reports for all stakeholders and management.
